This privacy policy describes how The One (operating under «Эфхаристо» LLC, registered in Russia) collects and processes personal data through this website. We comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, and applicable laws of the countries where we operate.

1. What data we collect

Through this site we collect only contact details:

• Name (provided by you)
• Email address
• Telegram handle (if provided)
• Links to professional profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) — optional

We do not process or store on this site:

• Resumes (CVs) — these are sent separately to [email protected] and processed off-site
• Identity documents, passport data, date of birth
• Banking or financial information
• Sensitive categories (health, religion, political views, etc.)

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry (B2B clients) or to consider you for a relevant role (candidates)
• To deliver lead magnets you request through our Telegram bot
• For service quality improvement (aggregated anonymous analytics)

3. Lawful basis

For B2B contact: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)).

For candidates: explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) + Article 9(2)(a) for sensitive categories like resume data, processed off-site).

4. How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions: 12 months from last interaction
• Lead magnet email collection: until you unsubscribe
• Talent-pool consent records and candidate data: 3 years from consent, or until you withdraw it — then erased within 3 working days

5. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share data only:

• With explicit consent — when introducing you to potential employers (candidates only)
• With processors under DPA contracts (email service providers, hosting)
• When required by law (Russian or EU jurisdiction)

6. Hosting and data location

The public website is hosted outside Russia (currently Oracle Cloud Frankfurt, EU) and stores no personal data itself. To comply with the Russian Data Localisation Law (152-FZ Art. 18.5), candidate consent records and personal data are collected and stored on a server located in the Russian Federation — via the consent form at consent.1vasiliadi.com. CVs are sent by email and are never uploaded to or stored on the public site.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR (if you are in the EU) and 152-FZ (if you are in Russia), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
• Restrict processing
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
• Object to processing for direct marketing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
