Hidden tech roles, direct path to the CTO

We don't spam irrelevant vacancies. Send your CV and we'll only reach out when a real role matches your stack and salary expectations.

Direct CTO access No long HR screens — we work on the substance.
Hidden market Roles at technology startups and R&D teams that don't appear on job boards.
Confidentiality Your current employer doesn't see anything.

Who we're glad to meet

Everyone — from juniors to seniors and leads. What matters to us isn't a line on a CV, but three things: you love your craft, you want to work, and you know how to do it.

  • Development — Python, Go, Java/Kotlin, JS/TS (React, Node), C++, Rust: backend, frontend, fullstack
  • ML / Data — ML engineers, data scientists, computer vision, NLP
  • Embedded / hardware — microcontrollers, FPGA, firmware
  • Infrastructure — DevOps, SRE
  • Mobile — iOS, Android
  • Leadership — team leads, Head of Engineering, CTO

Don't see your stack or level — write anyway. The pool is live and the projects vary.

How I work with you

  1. You leave your contacts and a couple of lines about yourself.
  2. I don't reach out right away — your profile goes into the talent pool.
  3. When a project matches your stack and expectations, I reach out personally. It's not a mass mailing.
  4. If it's a fit — a short, to-the-point talk, no multi-hour HR screens, often straight with the CTO.

What to put in your first email

  • Your stack and key technologies
  • City / time zone and format — office, hybrid or remote
  • Salary expectations (net)
  • A link to your CV — from anywhere: hh.ru, Yandex.Disk, Google Drive, LinkedIn, GitHub or a file in the cloud

A cover letter isn't required — the facts are enough.

What happens to your CV

  • Stored in our talent pool on a server in Russia (152-FZ), under your signed consent, for up to 3 years.
  • Never published on the site, never shared with third parties without separate consent for a specific role.
  • Used only to match you with a project — not for mailings, not for resale.

How to withdraw consent

Any time. Email [email protected] with the subject "Withdraw consent" — we'll delete your data from the pool and confirm. No explanation needed.

What we don't do

  • We don't spam with irrelevant vacancies
  • We don't sell or share your contacts
  • We don't write "just for the future" without a real project
  • We don't invite you to interviews just to tick a box

FAQ

I'm not job-hunting right now — should I still leave my contacts?
Yes. Most of our candidates are passive. I'll only reach out when there's something genuinely for you — and you decide.
Does this cost me anything?
No. The hiring company pays for the agency's work. It's free for candidates.
Do you only take seniors?
No — everyone is welcome, from juniors to seniors. What matters is loving the craft, wanting to work, and being able to. Your level just tells me which projects to keep you in mind for.
I'm not in Russia — is that a problem?
No. I work with Russian-speaking specialists in Russia, the CIS and abroad — EU, UK, Israel, Cyprus, UAE, Turkey.
How fast will you reply?
If there's a matching project — fast. If not, I won't write just to tick a box; your profile stays in the pool.
